Sviby Insight Day #1


The inaugural event in the Sviby Insight Day series will take place on December 19 at Kai Art Center, focusing on crafting visitor experiences and the influence of branding in the cultural sector. Key points of the event include:


  1. Introduction to the Event Series and Future Dates

    At the first meeting, the concept of Sviby Insight Day will be unveiled—its purpose and how it supports the cultural sector. Upcoming event dates and themes will also be announced.

  2. Presentation of the Visitor Experience Study with 24,462 Respondents

    Insights from Estonia’s largest cultural survey will be shared, offering a thorough overview of audience expectations, habits, and preferences.

  3. Keynote: “How Extraordinary Experiences and Brands Are Created”

    Renowned brand strategist Jaan Naaber will share his expertise and practical examples of creating exceptional visitor experiences and strong brands that captivate and endure.


Visitor experience survey with 24,462 respondents


At the first Sviby Insight Day on December 19, the results of Estonia’s largest visitor experience survey, conducted between March and October 2024 with 24,462 participants, will be presented. The study offers valuable insights into audience expectations, habits, and desires, providing essential input for anyone involved in event organizing.

Jaan Naaber is one of Estonia’s leading brand strategists and the founder of design agency Neway. Over 17 years, he has helped create 235 brands experienced daily by over 150 million people across Europe. Under his leadership, Neway has won more than 100 local and international awards, including the title of Design Agency of the Year 2024.
