Sinu ülesanded

  • Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies.

  • Build and recruit the sales team in collaboration with HR.

  • Inspire, lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.

  • Establish new client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Present and showcase the capabilities of Piletikeskus.

  • Plan, achieve, and manage growth objectives.

  • Develop client relationships and expand networks.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to represent customer needs and drive improvements.

  • Continuously monitor opportunities, growth potential, and market trends to adapt to changes.

  • Identify and overcome barriers to growth.

Mida me ootame?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, process management, and execution abilities.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.

  • Proven success in sales and achieving objectives.

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing sales teams.

  • Fluency in Estonian and English.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • A university degree in business administration or a related field.
