Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies.
Build and recruit the sales team in collaboration with HR.
Inspire, lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.
Establish new client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
Present and showcase the capabilities of Piletikeskus.
Plan, achieve, and manage growth objectives.
Develop client relationships and expand networks.
Collaborate closely with product teams to represent customer needs and drive improvements.
Continuously monitor opportunities, growth potential, and market trends to adapt to changes.
Identify and overcome barriers to growth.
Mida me ootame?
At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
Exceptional organizational skills, process management, and execution abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Proven success in sales and achieving objectives.
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing sales teams.
Fluency in Estonian and English.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
A university degree in business administration or a related field.
