About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead and inspire our talented development and UX/UI team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution, ensuring code quality, and helping shape the strategic direction.
Your responsibilities
Leading the team of UX/UI designers and developers: Manage and mentor, ensuring professional growth and a positive work environment.
Project Management: Oversee development cycles, prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues
Collaboration
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and workflows to increase productivity and quality.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term technical strategies and ensure that development efforts align with company goals and customer needs.
Quality Assurance: Promote best practices for code quality, including regular code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
What we're looking for
Experience: Proven experience as a Development Manager, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development with knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Leadership and Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of developers and UX/UI designers
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle shifting priorities.
Customer-Oriented: A deep understanding of how technology serves customer needs and business goals.
